The GB-1000 grease interceptor offers lifetime-guaranteed performance and best-in-class certified grease capacity for high food waste producers. Rotationally molded from rugged high-density polyethylene with deep structural contours, it’s built to handle any installation scenario—above grade, buried, indoor, or outdoor. Designed with a 21% kitchen solids waste capacity, it is the first in the industry certified to ASME Type D standards without requiring flow control. The GB-1000 includes a patent-pending internal baffle wall, optional preinstalled pumpout port, and Safety Star® access restrictor to prevent accidental entry. Use with the Fast Pitch™ riser system (FP24) to quickly and precisely bring covers to finish grade. Each unit ships with a temporary cover, to be replaced after installation with a finish cover of your choice.
