Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all assembly hardware and protective padding to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
